Drago is thrilled to showcase Letizia Battaglia once again, building upon the triumph of her Anthology. This time, the renowned Sicilian photographer presents her latest creation, “Just For Passion,” which serves as a comprehensive catalogue of her exhibition held at Rome’s prestigious MAXXI National Museum of the 21st Century Arts.

The book explores the incredible scope and character of Letizia Battaglia’s work. This book delves into the profound depth and essence of Letizia Battaglia’s artistry. Featuring over one hundred photographs, including previously unreleased gems, it offers an intimate glimpse into the complex tapestry of Italian life. It juxtaposes haunting images of the Mafia with exquisite portraits of the women and children of Palermo. In a recent interview with The Daily Beast, Battaglia eloquently conveyed that through the dual nature of her work, she aspired “to denounce corruption and to exalt beauty.”
