Description
JAGO
“Under the Venus” is the title of this exclusive limited edition print created specifically for the launch of JAGO. THE EXHIBITION catalogue.
Printed on baryta paper and produced in 150 copies, the work, signed and numbered by both the artist and the photographer, is taken from an original shot by Dirk Vogel and represents the artist in complete symbiosis with his creation. The work, sold with the catalogue, is a one-of-a-kind collector’s item.
As Maria Teresa Benedetti writes, “the image of Venus is deprived of youth and all her seductive aesthetics. […] tIt is important to respect the signs of time, supporters of truth, in a body which doesn’t totally give up its grace”.
